Yes, we ship worldwide through DHL.
How can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number along with your order confirmation once your package has been dispatched.
How long will it take to receive my order?
For deliveries within Norway, please allow 5–7 business days for your order to arrive.
For international orders, delivery typically takes 7–16 business days, depending on your location.
Delivery details, including tracking information, will be provided in your order confirmation email.
Do I have to pay VAT, import duties, or other taxes on my order?
For orders shipped outside of Norway, you may be subject to import duties, taxes, and other fees as determined by your local customs authorities. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer, and Ravn Oslo cannot be held liable for any such costs incurred.

If you have recently placed your order and it has not yet been dispatched, please contact us at

If your order has already been dispatched, it will need to be handled as a return in accordance with our return policy.

Returns and refunds
I want to return my order.
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, please contact us at
contact@ravnjewelry.com with your order number, and we will assist you in arranging a return label.
Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. We are unable to accept returns for items that show any signs of wear, alteration, or damage.
Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and the package remains your responsibility until it has been received by us. The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund.
Once we have received and inspected the returned item(s), If approved, a refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
